America’s Genealogy Bank (Newsbank)
America’s Genealogy Bank allows patrons to easily search and browse millions of genealogies, obituaries, marriage and birth announcements and more from 1652 to the present. Includes historical newspapers, books and documents, along with modern obituaries and the Social Security Death Index. Requires a valid Atheneum library card number to enter the site.

Digital Sanborn Maps, 1867–1970
Founded in 1867 by D. A. Sanborn, the Sanborn Map Company was the primary American publisher of fire insurance maps for nearly 100 years. The maps provide a wealth of information, such as building outline, size and shape.
Falmouth Enterprise Newspaper
Search the Falmouth Enterprise newspaper to find local Cape Cod information on community issues, events, business and more. Archives span from 1896 to 1962. This project was made possible by Falmouth Public Library with a grant funded by the Community Preservation Committee under the Community Preservation Act in 2013.
