The Commonwealth Catalog allows CLAMS patrons access to libraries that hold unique collections in order to find items not available in a CLAMS library. It searches through millions of titles at participating libraries across Massachusetts and allows the user to sort results by material type: books, audiobooks, DVDs, etc. Once you request an item through the Commonwealth Catalog it will take a few days for your local library to receive it. The library will notify you when your item(s) are ready for pickup. When you are finished with the Commonwealth Catalog item(s) please return the item(s) to the CLAMS library where you picked up the material.
Please search the CLAMS catalog first.
If the material you want is not available in the CLAMS catalog,
search the Commonwealth Catalog.
